Monique Dann

Our licensed CAM has 20+ years experience in real estate & property management.

Monique is a graduate of University of Florida (B.S.), and Polk State College (A.A., A.S.). She worked for the local cable company (Paragon Cable, Time Warner, now named Spectrum) for 10 years in advertising, marketing, and administration. Monique has worked the past 21 years in the legal field and private property management, and is Savaris Group’s licensed Community Association Manager.

Savannah Alber is a licensed CAM with 7 years of experience in property management, 12 years in the legal field, and 3 years working for Savaris Group, LLC.

As head of Savaris's I.T. department, Savannah also has the capabilities to create personalized HOA website, film 360 degree videos of neighborhoods, and host online meetings both in person and entirely online.

She graduated from Polk State College (A.A.) prior to graduating from Chain of Lake Collegiate High School and has graduated from Florida Southern College, with a focus on business, politics, and history.
